Usage guide and examples

Bind PDFs in the order you choose

Add 2–20 unencrypted PDFs, reorder them by dragging or with the move buttons, then create one new file. Structural changes can invalidate digital signatures, and forms, annotations, bookmarks or attachments may not be fully preserved.

Check the input format and options with this example before using your own data. Random values, file sizes and presentation vary with the input and settings.

How to merge PDF files into one

Add the PDFs, arrange the file list and merge. Pages from each file stay together in the selected file order.

01

Combine a report and its attachments

Put the report first, followed by the attachments in their required order. After merging, check the first and last page of each section rather than relying on filenames alone.

02

File order and page order differ

Reordering the file list moves entire documents. To rearrange individual pages, use Organize PDF after merging; merging does not place several pages onto one sheet.

03

Check the saved PDF

Confirm the total page count and open the downloaded file. Check forms, bookmarks and digital signatures separately: combining documents is not a guarantee that these features survive unchanged.
